We verybmuch enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom pristine. Very good breakfast, beautiful setting and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The lady at the reception is extremely helpful and resourceful. will definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for five nights for our ski vacation. The room was perfect for what we needed and the hotel is located only a few minutes away from the ski lift (walking distance). The hotel staff/owners were incredibly helpful and answered several of our questions (food/activities/transportation to Milan etc.) all with good humour and a smile. We also found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and well taken care of.

Room was really bright, clean, even with good view of mountain. This is one of the cheaper places to stay and we found if great for our skiing holiday. Breakfast is included and very good, staff friendly.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel owners and staff did everything that they could to make our stay enjoyable and were so nice and helpful. We had a medical emergency while we were there and they went out of their way to assist us and make sure that we were taken care of. Breakfast was good and the lounge area with a real fire every night was the perfect way to end the day! The level of cleanliness was extremely high as well.

Great location, patio and views; friendly staff

We stayed at Hotel Crampon the night before starting the TMB hike. We had a comfortable room and the hotel garden was a nice place to hang out after dinner. We couldn’t get the drying rack in the bathroom to work after doing some sink laundry but the service and the wonderful breakfast made our stay quite nice.

Very fiends hotel where the staff will do anything for you. I was skiing solo and was made to feel very welcome and they have a complimentary bus to the ski field each day. Perfect.

Extremely clean and well run hotel in a very central location. Excellent breakfast, transport to gondola, nice cocktail bar. Everything you need for a few days of skiing or hiking.

The room was okey, small but met the purpose. The staff was mostly friendly. Limited choices for breakfast, but quality was okey. Great location, 3 mins walk to the town center and bus station.

A lovely hotel on the edge of the pedestrian centre of town The room was spotless,comfortable beds,well appointed bathroom.Comfortable lounge bar. The staff were friendly and helpful and encouraged me to speak my stumbling Italian.Excellent breakfast buffet. Pretty garden with lots of sitting space. We would have been happy to stay longer.

The hotel was very good , traditional and spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful .

This hotel is in a wonderful location in Santa Caterina. The rooms were clean and certainly spacious. We only stayed for one night, but we could have certainly stayed for longer. The breakfast in the morning was also fantastic and the staff were so friendly. I think this hotel is a great value and I'd certainly stay here again.

Amazing hotel, highly recommended. Owners go out of their way to help you. Always laughing and always on hand. Very clean. Delicious breakfast with hot options. Shuttle service to ski lift. Apres ski bar service. Modern heated boot room. Large rooms. Control of heating. Fantastic value.
