Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially since we did not speak French. Room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast delicious. We were very satisfied. Thank you.

Very comfortable room on 3rd floor. Clean and spacious.

Check in staff was pleasant but not friendly. Parking situation is terrible. Luckily it was not very busy during our stay. Room and especially the bathroom had a musty odour. Bed was not a queen size and very well used. There wasn’t even a top sheet provided.

Service was not good, and rooms fixtures were broken, and I was given the wrong room initially, and the staff was not professional in the night shift, he had headphones on for personal use and shirt wasn’t even tucked, he did not look professional at all. Furthermore found hair on the toilet seat meaning the room was not cleaned properly. Room was okay but would not recommend for price.

La chambre était correcte et les lits confortables. Il n’y avait pas de mouchoirs et pas de rouleau de papier hygiénique de surplus. Le site indique que les chambres incluent des peignoirs, mais il n’y en avait pas. Nous étions trois adultes et sommes restés deux jours. Malgré le fait que nous avons demandé à ce que la chambre soit faite aucun remplissage n’a été fait, il n’y avait toujours que deux verres et deux tasses plutôt que trois. La chambre avait une machine Nespresso, mais une capsule de café de chaque variété. Le petit déjeuner était inclus, mais pas très varié. Bagel et pain à griller soit même, quelques yogourts, choix de céréales. Des œufs brouillés à réchauffer au micro ondes. La salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation et les tuile de céramique d’un bon frottage. Point positif les employés qui sont peu nombreux sont très aimables.

Property was clean but in a tough place for access and parking was difficult. Air con was old and didn’t cool the room down all that well. The hotel is old and clearly was renovated but still felt old. Free breakfast was less than continental and really not good. Staff were friendly. Bed was ok but not great. Overall for the money I payed was very disappointing .
