It was amazing! Everything was so good. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was super nice!

I didn't use the business or laundry facilities so I can't comment on them. The complementary drink was a nice touch and the onsite restaurant is very good.

Building is kept up and clean. My room was cleaned daily which is a standard I have not seen since before COVID and is the way things should be due to the inflated cost of all hotels now. Housekeeping did a very thorough job. My room had an excellent shower. Breakfast was good also and there is plenty of parking. The flooring is starting to show some wear as there was ripped carpeting in the main hallway.

Great stay

The room was seemingly clean. The toiletries looked half full like they had been used before and not replaced. The Furry lounge chair in the room, looked like there had been some questionable acts taking place on it. Requested a wake up call from the staff never received one and missed my flight. The guy at the front desk said that he called, the phone never rang. I was also booked on the shuttle and you would think that when someone requests a wake up call and doesn’t answer, then doesn’t show up on the shuttle as scheduled, that they would have made an effort to either knock on the door, or kept calling until someone answered. I could’ve been dead in the room and no one would have known. Then they didn’t have another shuttle for over an hour so I had to pay for an Uber $20 then pay the airline $150 to put me on a different flight. No apology, no explanation. Would not stay here again. Also, my room was supposed to have a tub, but only had a shower.

The rooms furniture is starting to look pretty beat up. Stains on the desk chair, scratches all over the desk, The wait times at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner to have a server see you are far to long (it’s not their fault, I don’t think there was enough servers per amount of people in the restaurant during peak times). The coffee machine in room was broken and we had to get a new one: Honestly it was fine, I’d likely come back if the price is reduced. I know the rating for this hotel is just over 9/10, however, I would rate it more like a 8/10.

Wonderful one night stay here. Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, hot made to order breakfast, free drink vouchers, free parking. Great hotel for airport stay.

It should be noted that the airport shuttle driver is unable to help with luggage. She asked for help but was more hinder than help. She almost caused me to fall down the steps. Not a great ending to a long travel day!

Set clean rooms, the restaurant on site is excellent. Value wise it’s 5 star.
