The staff was very helpful. They responded immediately to my phone call to change my pillowcase. However, when I went to change the pillowcase, the pillows were extremely unsuitable. I'm sure they hadn't been washed or replaced because the color was so dirty, and it was naturally smelly. And because I saw it firsthand, the entire room was replaced, not just the pillows, but the blankets and sheets as well. The carpet in the hallway also needed replacing because it was torn. The pool was also not very clean. The location is strategic, with plenty of food options around the hotel.

The stay didn't end up going to be cancelled, the dates were wrong, and there was no refund. Traveloka directed me to the hotel, and the hotel directed me to Traveloka. Ultimately, the booking was forfeited.

The staff is friendly... The rooms are comfortable, and the water isn't too small. The breakfast menu is quite comprehensive. It's also close to snacks and food. The location is very strategic.

Favorite hotel since 2017, always clean and friendly service, the security is also friendly even though we ride a motorbike, sometimes there are hotels where if you ride a motorbike the security is not friendly.
