Location was not where indicated. It was further away from Zocalo. Informed receptionist about this in case others went through the same trouble finding the hotel and he was very rude. Also, he didn't want to take my DL because he said it's not a vadid ID in Mexico. He was asking for my passport.

A bit outdated hotel but quite cheap after my stay in Puerto Vallarta. Close to everything, subway, bus, restaurants, iconic buildings of the city. There was a group of homeless people camping just next to the hotel and it felt a bit uneasy but I had no issues. The Uber can't stop in front, you need to walk to the corner but it wasn't an issue even at 3am - well lit and populated area. I would stay again for the convenience and price.

El hotel está muy cómodo y en el área muy céntrica. El staff de la recepción amable sin embargo, el room service pésimo servicio desde la llamada para ordenar el señor fue grosero y maleducado. Me dejó con un sabor agridulce.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, nice for the price, it’s close to many attractions, there are a lot of homeless around though, I understand the hotel has nothing to do with it, just be cautious when you walk around, specially at night.

Nice hotel. Close to Zócalo and Bella's Artes. Bus route in front of hotel that makes getting around easy. The park next to it is iffy

I will recommend this hotel, very clean and very centric

It was a very basic hotel in a convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The historic center, the Palacio de Bellas Artes, and the Alameda Central Park are within walking distance, which we enjoyed.

The hotel staff is very friendly and polite especially the fellow who helped us with our luggage. Also, we appreciate that every morning we were asked if we needed anything for our room. The showers are leaking out to the main bathroom floor making it a slipping hazard and a big mess.

I liked the location, the clean room and the confidence of leaving your belongings in a reliable place.

The property its very nice and safe, rooms are little and no a/c but its clean and quite! The area its the only reason i wouldn't stay there again!

I love mi stay here

Great value for the money. Nothing fancy just a decent bed and a hot shower. The staff were great and my room was clean. Slightly loud, but your in a big city. Close to transportation, major sights, and good food.

Our room had mold on one of the corners from floor to ceiling. The elevator only fit 2 people at a time with a bag each, otherwise use the stairs. We had to pay for our parking, hourly rate! Lots of homeless people around. I did like their restaurant's food though. We only needed one night and the location was perfect for tourism, expectations of building were not met.

The hotel is good but the area there are a lot of homeless sleeping and around the hotel is dirty

My only issue with the hotel was that there were mosquitoes in the room. The location of the hotel is good as it is close to key tourist places but it is very noisy and dirty locality.
