The staff at the front desk were great! All of the staff we encountered were so friendly.

The property is in a great location and clean. Only down fall is the bed is horrible the pillows are like pancakes and you can hear everything threw the walls.

The hotel was nearly walking distance to the outfitter we used for our river trip. The staff offered us a conference room to use because of the 22 of us doing 4 days on Lodore Canyon, some of us hadn't seen each other in 30 years. They had no problem with us relocating our party to a tailgate in the parking lot! Thanks guys !

The design of the room is very thoughtful. Have enough outlets for our devices. Wish that the breakfast includes protein like eggs and sausage etc.

When I visit Vernal, I choose microtel every time. They are clean, quiet, and the room is always clean no matter which floor I'm assigned. The breakfast is decent with pancakes or waffles, cereal, fruit, and an assortment of bread and pastries.

24 hr front desk was great, it was so quiet a nice change from most hotels

Gteat choice and more affordable than Vernal.

The throw pillows were stained with food & other things , just flipped over to not show. The bathroom had no hand soap only facial bar of soap. Requested extra towels prior to check in & it was ignored. The breakfast was poorly set & the fruit was covered in white film
