We booked for the great looking pool, but once arrived the pool was out of service, unacceptable. Reception closed from 13h to 16h and after 22h. Quality of breakfast was very underperforming as well.

Breakfast was really nice. The hotel staff were incredible. Friendly, attentive and knew the answers to all our questions. This hotel is so ideal to visit the historical sites nearby and I would recommend it to anyone. When we return we will stay here again.

The room was very clean and the area was quiet. We left before breakfast so no rating there. The Château restaurant was not open, perhaps because it is April? However, Ginette Restaurant was open one night and it was quite good. The location is fantastic for the cathedral. It is a bit of a walk to restaurants and shops in town but the walk is beautiful.

The location is a plus near to the lift to the town and the castle. The pool was an added bonus. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated but functional and they allow dogs.

Short walk to the town,very nice restaurant and well serviced rooms although in need of an update.

we has taken a bedroom for 3 but there was only 3 beds so they had one that they make us pay in addition to the price of bedroom even tho we have taken a bedroom for 3

Stayed there for a 3 night stay. Men at check in around noon was very arrogant. I think he is the owner. We didn't feel welcome at all. Later on, lady , also owner I assume, was very welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping were the most charming 2 girls always smiling. Twin bed mattress was perfect, double bed mattress has seen its days. Husband was caving in it

Location is close to the historic site. Parking is free and ample. Breakfast was very expensive for what was available. it was a mistake to take breakfast at the hotel. Incorrect information was given regarding eating options in the village for the evening. We were told restaurants were not open in the evening but we discovered otherwise when we went down to the village the next day.

A lovely hotel within easy reach of all the Rocamadour attractions. Thoroughly recommendable, and with a fitst class restaurant in a separate building.

Great location to explore Rocamadour.

It was very close to the top Rocamadour. made for an easy start to the day. Also we enjoyed the evening walks, well lit.

Chambre petite pour 3 personnes mais confortable. Personnel très aimable. Situé au centre haut de Rocamadour.

Highly recommended this hotel. Location was great with lots of free parking. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful as were all the staff. Swimming pool was fantastic. Breakfast was great - not cheap - but lots of variety and good quality. A really enjoyable break.

The hotel is right next to Rocamadour castle, so it’s an absolutely perfect location, none better, to just walk to the towers on the top. A bit dated and smallish rooms, but good overall

The hotel was clean and although there was a bit of a language barrier, staff were friendly. We had breakfast which was lovely. The scenery was beautiful and you are just a short walk away from the town.
