Renovate the hotel. It looks old and gloomy. Noise can be heard from other rooms around 3 am. Lights are too dimmed. Busted TV and AC too dirty. Not cooling. Noisy.

The staff is super friendly and the daily make up room is very clean and note that no items are missing.

Pros: The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean. Location of the hotel is near Robinson's Mall so it's very convenient. It's also very accessible, the hotel calls tricycle service for guests upon request. Cons: They took way too long to accomplish the make-up room. We left our room very early for our tour, around 4am. We hung the make-up room sign. We returned to our hotel at around 6pm. Our room was still not finished. To be fair, they stated in a piece of paper that their schedule for make-up room services was from 1pm to 6pm. But as guests, we were so tired from our tour that we wanted to relax in our room. We couldn't do so because they haven't finished yet. Maybe they can adjust their time slot so they can finish earlier. Another bad point is the poor internet connection. The TV was also faulty. Some channels suddenly stopped working, and some lost the audio completely while we were watching. The air conditioner was also not good. We adjusted the temperature, but it was still hot and we could hear that the unit was having a hard time functioning. As for the amenities, they don't give complimentary room slippers and toothbrush & toothpaste, just 1 shampoo and 1 soap for 2 guests. They were also hesitant to give me some when I asked for another set of shampoo and soap.

An ordinary hotel, with modest quality according to the price without breakfast and food because it's near the mall.

Service is ok but the wifi connection is not, we stayed for 4 nights and every night we need to go out in our room just to find the spot where the signal is ok

The duration of confirmation of the front desk is the booking. It comes to the hotel where they can not find the reservation.

The light in the room was dim, the comforter has a lot of holes in the middle of the sheet, the bedsheet has a stain marks. The bathroom was clean, but the towel has a bad smell.

Seems our bedsheet was not changed, it has stains on it. Wasn’t able to complain because my daughter saw it the following morning we woke up, and we checked out that day. Since we were all tired that night, I haven’t checked the bed and my 1 year old baby was already asleep when we gt there. Reasonable price, very good location.

The good: location was great as it was just a few steps away from robinson's dumaguete and the ceres terminal shower was also good. Quick check in the bad towels, pillow cases, and other linens are dingy and looked like they haven't been washed. Food was not included, but I paid for breakfast the next morning to try out their food. I ordered a longaniza meal, and got three slices of what I think was cheap chorizo sausages of some sort (sells for 25php for 5 pieces normally) and an egg with rice and coffee for 145 pesos. Air conditioner was mostly non-existent I seem to remember that the hotel advertised having an elevator. Granted, our room was at the second floor only, but I was looking forward to the lift, as I have a complicated pregnancy.
