friendly staff, booked 2 rooms, thought they would get exactly the same facilities, but it turns out there is a difference, one room doesn't support Netflix, even though the price paid is the same, that's the only downside, otherwise everything is good🫰

Fast check in & check out. Old building & room, but still well maintained. Standard breakfast. Strategic location, in the city center, close to malls, restaurants, etc.

I like Amaris Hotel, especially since I got a room on the 7th floor. The view is really great. The beauty of Gorontalo city is really great. You can enjoy the sunset too. The service is also good. It's not a waste to book at Amaris. 🥰.

The service is very extraordinary. The location is very strategic. Close to the mall, around the hotel there are many food vendors.

The hotel staff served promptly upon check-in. During breakfast, the food provided was quite satisfying. It was just that the toaster was broken so we waited a long time without knowing that the device was broken. When asking for a hair dryer, it was not sent, even though we needed it. But overall it was okay.

For comfort, the bed and pillows could probably be updated.

I have stayed here several times every time I go to Gorontalo, the staff service and room cleanliness are good, please pay attention to the quality of towels for bathing in the future, the breakfast is varied on day 1 it's just so-so and please improve it after that on the second day the food tastes better with spices 😊👍.

(+) Close to the Mall and Indomaret Point, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. (-) the bathroom exhaust only works in the morning, the staff isn't ready at breakfast time (maybe they're giving a briefing) so there's food that's already cold/not yet prepared, the wifi is intermittent, the TV channels are only local.
