The location is very strategic, close to everything. Gorontalo Mall is within walking distance. The hotel's amenities are rather minimal. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The toilet bidet leaked. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough. It's a shame because the location is great, but the in-room amenities are poorly maintained. Furthermore, considering the price, the hotel room is quite reasonable per night.
