A charming escape — this hotel blends the soul of old Javanese tradition with a gentle touch of the modern world. The garden is pure serenity. Trees stretch tall and graceful, dressed in blinking lights that make evenings feel magical.
I stayed in the Studio Room for two nights. The King Koil bed was heavenly — soft, supportive, and perfect for rest. The room was clean and calm, though the bathroom showed signs of age and could use a little refresh. Still, everything worked just fine.
The pool was lively, with friendly people around. Despite the hotel's age, it holds a kind of timeless beauty that’s hard to find. The staff were kind, responsive, and easy to talk to — they made the stay even more pleasant.
I didn’t try the food this time — I wanted to explore the local flavors of Salatiga. But even without that part, the experience was whole.
A place like this is rare. It draws you in, and somehow keeps calling you back.
I would gladly return — and I do recommend it.
