Very expensive for a very small room with no character.. very bland corp hotel.. staff were not interested .. on check out reception reluctantly called a cab after being dismissive that it would be too busy to get one..

Staff at the reception were very acomodating but did not have much knowledge to give to travellers.For example we asked for Hop on hop off bus ticket sale office and we were send to much further office.Few days later just by chance we find out a ticket sale office much more closer to the hotel. One would assume that staff at the front desk of a hotel should have good knowledg of this kind of things .The information about sight seeing and place of intrest were very limited in the front desk.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We were visiting Madrid this time for a special occasion and booked and paid for a superior room with a terrace. However on arrival I was told that we could not have a superior room as the Air conditioning was not working on that floor and we were downgraded to a standard room. The air con was working on that floor though!

It was in a central location to everything. It was very very clean and modern. Staff was attentive and friendly.

I spent 6 days at this hotel in Dec. Of the 5 nights, I was unable to sleep for 3 nights because of the heating system. On day 2, the room was freezing so I thought I was sick since the thermostat indicated that the heater was on, so I learned myself with my sweater and socks, and proceeded to think I was falling sick. After realizing, I am not sick, but in fact, the thermostat is wrong and the room is not heating. I alerted the staff, and they let me know they would look into it. Don’t waste your money here.

Good , clean property. Dont expect early check in even on a long overnight international flight. Kinda disappointing. Also temperature in room is unregulated and very humid borderline hot. There was no fans or access to circulation, only a small opening of a.window.

This is very nice hotel by looking at their website and I liked the contemporary design, including the room. We stayed for 3 days. However, a few things which were disappointments. The both bath room and bedroom are spacious but vanity is so small and we were not able to put our wash stuff on the vanity. I booked queen bed and it turned out to be a full bed. Also we planned to have breakfast included and somehow it was not. We have all breakfast’s included for all other hotel. It could be our mistake forgot to pick breakfast. But, at least, the website is not friendly. However, we had a nice stay
