The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We were dropped off at the airport at 8 a.m. However, the hallway and garden behind the room were a bit lacking. The shower also didn't work properly. The water came out in small amounts and wasn't hot. Otherwise, everything was fine. It's a bit difficult to find food here. Ordering GoFood took a long time to be picked up.

The hotel staff is friendly. They just need to pay more attention to toilet cleanliness.

A hotel close to Praya airport, perfect for those who arrive late or want to leave via Praya airport, 2 nights stay here is satisfying and not disappointing. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the hotel is clean, the AC is cold, the TV has many channels, there is a kettle for tea/coffee. Thanks Illira Lite. Next time will be back here.

The security guard asks too many questions which disrupts comfort, just focus on guarding, don't take care of the guests too much

I ordered 2 rooms with free airport pick-up and drop-off but paid another 50 thousand because the delivery time was outside the free schedule, at that time the delivery was at 04.30.

Location is near BIL airport but far from anywhere, even just looking for a drink. The hotel provides food and drinks, but the price is relatively expensive. Check in until 14.30 and the room floor is still wet. The staff are friendly.
