This small, charming resort has a lush coconut garden and a swimming pool right on the resort grounds. I booked a city view room but was given an ocean view room upon arrival – amazing! The staff were very friendly, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very clean. Initially, the air conditioning malfunctioned but was quickly resolved. There was a breakfast buffet. The pool was very clean. It's conveniently located right by the beach, so you can step right into the water. However, the weather was a bit cloudy the day I went, so the sea was quite cold. One downside was the seabed, so be careful not to cut your feet. The hotel is located at the end of the road, so there aren't many mini-marts nearby; if you want to buy late-night food, you have to go a little further up the road. Overall, everything was great. This is a worthwhile resort to stay at when visiting Mui Ne 🥰

If you're looking for a cozy, quiet space to relax, this is a great option. I really liked it. The owner and staff are all friendly. Because it's been around for a long time, it doesn't have fancy facilities. But it's spacious, clean, and peaceful.

The hotel is near many restaurants, convenient for getting around, has a swimming pool and is right next to the beach, very convenient 😄

The resort is beautiful, everyone should go! The reception staff are lovely, friendly, and cheerful, the landscaping is beautiful. The only downside is the breakfast selection is a bit small; if they improve that, it will be perfect.

- The mattress was only given a plain white sheet. The head of the bed was still exposed and not covered. After lying down for a while, the sheet would sag because it was not big enough to fit under the mattress. There was also no mattress pad. The blanket had no cover. - The room was cleaned every day without sweeping. - There were no mosquitoes in the room but there were a lot of black ants, even on the bed when sleeping - There were absolutely no activities, no bar, no snacks. - The breakfast was poor. On the first day, there was a large group so there were many dishes (banh bot loc, banh uot, porridge, soup, chicken wings with fish sauce, spring rolls, fried potatoes, fried rice, vermicelli). On the second day, the food was very boring (fried fish balls, fried dumplings, fried chicken filet, fried rice). The dishes were bad and cold because there was no fire to keep them warm.

I have a small child and booked a garden view room, but when I checked in, I was moved to a room upstairs at the end of the hallway.

Phòng không được sáng, với không được cách âm rất ồn khi tiếng bên ngoài vào. Đồ ăn sáng thì bt không được ngon.

Friendly and polite staff. Room is clean and tidy, room 101 has sea and pool view. However, the main door facing the sea is damaged and difficult to open (the only negative point). Highly recommend to everyone, I will still come back next time and many more times.

Tại sao có thể đánh giá Minh Tâm là một resort? Chính xác hơn nó chỉ là một nhà trọ... Du khách phải tự xách hành lý, tư trang, chỗ để xe không có bảo vệ. Mình không thể ngủ nổi khi mền, gối dơ bẩn, có mùi ẩm mốc, rất khó chịu Ăn sáng cũng rất tệ, bàn ghế ẩm ướt Hồ bơi nhìn mắt thường đã thấy dơ, chưa nói là xuống tắm. Mình đã chuồn ngay sau 1 đêm duy nhất. Nói chung là trời ơi, sẽ không bao giờ có lần sau đâu. Nếu các bạn không nhìn nhận, chỉnh đốn lại cách làm việc, Làm du lịch một cách hời hợt, không có tâm. Sẽ là một ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến chính cá nhân bạn và đặc biệt là ngành du lịch của thành phố biển Phan Thiết. Thật đáng buồn!

Phòng nhỏ...bãi biển nhiều rác không thể tắm

The resort is okay. Breakfast many dishes. There is a swimming pool. The room soundproof is not very good. And one thing I have seen is that the cleaning staff takes a towel to clean the floor.

Resort Minh Tâm sạch sẻ, view ngắm cảnh biển hoàng hôn rất nên thơ với hồ bơi xinh xắn dể thương .Bé gái nhà rất thích " tung tăng"... Nhân viên cùng cô chủ nhiệt tình và thân thiện ...Ba ngày trải nghiệm hè thật đáng nhớ...Hẹn gặp lại với những kỳ nghỉ kế tiếp...!!!
