At this visit we were given a room at the second level . Stepping out of the elevator we were “ gritted “by an army of children running around, screaming loud and joined by some adults screaming even louder ! TOTAL CHAOS . We could hardly manage the trolley through the hallway !!! The front desk personnel was kind to give us another room; number 124 !!! Clean room with a very dim light in the bathroom , broken mirror, no room to have the toiletry set up, a dog barking in-the next room for an hour… it was NOT the best trip !!!

Room fairly clean a few hairs here and there....did not like that....but...overall not too bad. Staff friendly and helpful, pool was great.

Pool was great. Usually, the hot tub is hot and clean. Unfortunately, it was neither this stay (our 3rd here). The hot tub was mildly warm and very dirty! Sadly. Hopefully next time it will be great as it always has been previously. I am sure it was just a one-time oversight.

Nice pool and hot tub, clean building. Restaurants and shopping nearby. The queen Loft room is recommended.

Hotel is amazing. Also, the Denny's attached to the hotel has the best dinner meals. I cannot describe how good the food is at this location.
