The room was very clean, and spacious. The private balcony was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice and helpful

The room was very spacious and very clean. The few complaints that I have are that the view from my room absolutely does not look like the view in the pictures. There were other buildings across the river that were unsightly at best. The water pressure was also just as terrible. I also would not recommend their continental breakfast. Very lackluster. If you’re looking for a clean place to lay your head, this will work just fine.

Very nice. Will stay again

The river outback was the highlight of the stay. Lots of ducks and geese floating around. We loved it. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. We will definitely stay again.

This place is great. From walking into the door, to the customer service from everyone we encountered. Beautiful rooms, clean and well taken care of. Did not get the gentlemans name behind the counter, but thank you for your service. Will be back here again

Very nice place to stay. Rooms had a lot of room instead of the regular hotel rooms. Very clean and staff were very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and the pool was fun and the breakfast was very good!!

Love the location being by the river. We had a first floor room that we were able to park right next to which we loved. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and even had a visit from a blue heron. Room was very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Pigeon Forge.

Great place to stay

This was a very nice, clean and quiet hotel/resort. Was very pleased with our room. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the continental breakfast. it was the same thing every day and nothing like the pictures on the website. Overall was a very nice place to stay. Would definitely refer to friends.

Clean, modern, HUGE room, nice staff, close to many restaurants & shops. Nice rear river view.

This hotel room was amazing! When we walked in the room I just stood there and said “Wow!” It was huge! And so nice. Loved everything about it. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!
