Very clean, spacious, attentive and friendly front desk agent, Jay. Parking is a bit inconvenient with the garage down the street. There is valet available for about $40/night.

Great location if you don't want to rent a car. Close to shops, restaurants and nightlife.

This was a very nice hotel that we chose for a short, weekend staycation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have mandatory valet parking which is an additional $40 a day, but honestly, there is very limited parking in the immediate area so it’s just easier to walk everywhere. When the weather is nice, I’m sure it’s great, but the Florida heat is unforgiving. Anyway, it’s a nice place.

This hotel is in great condition for the price. I was supposed to stay at the Breakers and they tried to charge me $1200/night. I came to this hotel instead. The rooms were large and they even had a range to do cooking. The breakfast had a lot of hot items to choose from.

Lo único que no me parece es que cuando hice la reserva no me informaron de cargos adiciónales que cobra el hotel como en este caso el Valet Parking Uds son una compañía magnífica, deben informar eso para que el cliente sepa y pueda hacer la elección correcta. El Valet cuesta USD 40.00 por noche y me hubiera gustado saberlo. Gracias

convenient to walk to downtown area near Clematis street busy street... particularly on Saturday when have outdoor vendors sell their goods in tents set up on street- was fun and amazing - Residence Inn rooms were clean best was laundry facilities on 2nd floor after 2 week travel for washing clothes -

Entire area is over priced

Very nice hotel. We have a studio and there was plenty of space. Good breakfast included and a complete kitchen in the room. It is in a very quite street and you can walk to City Place.

This hotel offered a spacious suite, a heated pool, nice breakfast, friendly staff. They could use more hooks on walls to dry wet bathing suits, some tomatoes or cucumbers to add to breakfast choices, and a hot tub. Altogether a great stay in the heart of downtown West Palm.
