Hotel was right in the plaza, which is a nice place to walk around in the evening. I got the junior suite. Room was nice, but the only problem is that the neighbors next to the hotel have roosters which kept waking me up at 3 in the morning until I decided to move rooms on the other side of the hotel. Hotel is in a convenient location next to restaurants, shops and banks.

Dirty toilet…cleaned after informing reception. Roosters next door crowing since 3 AM. A/C did not work.

Water temperature for showers was not warm at all

Room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent size. A little hot in room, AC leaking out so not working very well but ceiling fan helped. Staff was friendly.

Estuve hospedada solo por una noche, honestamente me quedé con ganas de quedarme más días en este hotel; es súper limpio, el staff amable y servicial y el hotel está muuuu bonito.

I genuinely enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. There were plenty of dining options in the plaza that the hotel is located in. There was unfortunately an earthquake one the nights we stayed, but staff was on top of everything making sure all the guests were safe and felt okay.

The only downside is the church across the way. The bells ring early in the morning.

The place itself is pretty but the WiFi doesn’t have good quality and the beds are hard, staff is friendly food was good at the restaurant

La empleada que me ayudó ese día, ni un saludo nos dio. Es muy grosera y parece que no sabe como tratar alas personas.

They need new Towels very old towels many stays at this property I don’t like the old towels & some of the room doors have cracks it made me feel unsafe
