The hotel staff are very friendly from security, front liners at check-in and check-out, including the staff at the restaurant. The room is comfortable, the toilet is clean, there is a balcony overlooking the swimming pool on the ground floor, on the left there is a view of Mount Salak. The menu at the restaurant is very varied, many choices, and the taste is also quite good. Overall, I do not regret staying here, regretting that I only stayed for 1 night hehe.. A very strategic hotel because it is in front of the Surya Kencana culinary area. The staff are also very friendly and caring. The food at the Juragan restaurant is also varied and relatively cheap for a hotel restaurant class, the price is actually pocket-friendly 😉. The chef is also friendly asking if there is anything lacking or complaints about the taste served ... The chef rarely interacts with consumers, and in the end they are given fresh cut fruit to eat in the room .. Cool, good, friendly, and flexible chef 👨‍🍳. Only 1 thing that is annoying, room 7023 is dusty and a bit musty huh .. the smell of dust is disturbing, is this a long-vacant room? so that's the air .. but this complaint is paid off by the kindness and friendliness of the staff .. Next I will be back ... 😎

Will be back again soon! Yes, my family and I love to stay here (so in love with their breakfast, so yummy!). Close to Surken's viral food spots. To go to Roti Venus, just go straight towards Jalan Raya Padjajaran. Near the hotel, you can hang out at Fanaticoffee.

The location is indeed the best, right in the culinary center. The room's soundproofing needs improvement; noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms is very audible. There's too little storage space on the vanity counter.
