Mucho olor a marihuana en los pasillos y los parqueos hay q pagarlos se supone si estás pagando el hotel debería incluir estacionamiento para los huéspedes tienen que buscar alternativas para identificar quién es huésped y quien no es huésped

It was a pleasant stay, it was clean, room needed soaps but other than that it was fine.

This was a nice place to stay. We had a late check in after midnight which they happily accommodated. Unfortunately the first room we were went to was dirty and used so they reassigned us to a different building. The room had termites and giant ants in the bed after our 2nd day, the bed itself was very uncomfortable and when room service finally came they did not change our sheets or towels. It’s a great price and location, plenty of parking.

I love that the beach is just a walk across the street.

There was some issues with the unit. The property is under a transitional stage. If you are using the kitchen be sure to bring anything and everything you need. They may or may not have it. In my case they had nothing. No free parking onsite, find street parking or pay parking 16.50 a day. You may have to walk a block for the pool in the pool building location depending on where your room is located. The unit was great as far as the space and kitchen. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again but bring anything I would need. It did feel like when I brought any issue up the overall vibe from staff was well we have no control over this we are in transition. I am sorry but when I get a kitchen I expect basics to be there. When I mentioned parking. It was told to me did you go to our site . It’s listed there. No I did not I went to the Expedia info for your hotel. So if it is incorrect then maybe your marketing team needs to update that. Like I said love the unit love the location. The surprises and the staffs no accountability is what I did not love.

Great large unit and very clean. Close to the Beach. Great local food choices.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and helped me with my bags. The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful decor and all the amenities I could need. I slept wonderfully thanks to the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed.

If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, this is the place. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable, with fluffy pillows and soft sheets.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The check-in was fast and pleasant, and the lobby smelled amazing. My room was immaculate, with a great bed, plenty of space.The staff was incredibly attentive and always greeted me with a smile. I felt truly looked after during my entire stay. I’ll definitely be back.

The property itself is in a pretty good location. However, if booking, please know that are no washer/dryers as pictured when we booked. Also, we had two bath towels and when we asked for an additional towel or hand towel, we were told that that was all they had. There were no dishes or even a coffee mug. We booked for four days and there was one roll of toilet paper. We did ask, since this was described as an apartment rental, if there was a possibility of getting a couple of coffee mugs and were told no. Normally, not having these things would be fine but the staff was so rude about it and we had friends staying there whose room did have these things, but their TV did not work. Thank goodness for a nearby Walgreens - we were able to purchase the above items. Like stated earlier, location is good but the place is just okay.

Most items in the room did not work or were broken. AC worked which was important. TV did not work, no supplies to eat/cook even though there is a stove top, a coffee maker but no cups. We were mainly there just to sleep so property was ok for what we needed.

Worst hotel experience EVER!! If you are okay with being confronted by bizarre, transient kinds of women that will accuse you of things like taking inappropriate photos of her with her friends, throwing food at you, and calling you degrading names, then this place is for you! Yes, I contacted this hotel one week ago to be refunded for services NOT given in return for my money, and got zero response. We begged Expedia to allow us to change hotels before we even left our home state on the grounds of safety concerns in recent reviews we found after booking and we were denied. So DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Here is what happened to my husband and I at this property: We flew in on a red eye, picked up our rental car, and decided we would see if we could possibly get an earlier check-in. If you book here, one email will tell you check-in is at 3pm and another saying 4pm. Personally, I feel that to charge a full day rate and not get to check in until 4pm is a rip off. But that’s not all!! My husband was denied an early check in. An African American woman followed him to the hotel parking area and proceeded to accuse him of taking inappropriate pics of herself and her friends. She harassed us with various versions of this lie, threw her food at us, walked around the corner and came back with another Caucasian male in tow. We decided to not give her the chance to damage the car, so we left. The man working said, “not my problem.” We did not stay and no refund for us. Scary place!!!! Awful!

Absolutely horrible place, no parking, staff was rude, never stay her

The room was clean and well-equipped, but the real highlight of our stay was the exceptional service. Everyone we encountered was friendly and genuinely eager to help. The hotel is in a prime location, close to public transport and major sights. It was quiet at night, and we slept very well. I highly recommend this hotel for both tourists and business travelers.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The lobby was stylish and inviting, and the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was spacious, with a modern bathroom and soft linens.

Do not be fooled by the pictures, This property is run down and isn't clean. You get what you pay for.

After booking the property and being unable to get a refund they then tell you they can place you in one of 3 locations upon check in. I was placed 2 blocks further away from the beach. The building had no pool, Filthy floors where my feet were actually black with dirt and no room phone. The listed hotel phone number doesn’t work so if you have any complaints or issues you now have to walk 3 blocks to another building where the hotel desk people work. Upon check in they informed me there were limited parking spaces and its first come first serve. I get a spot and next day car is towed. When I asked front desk why and where the car was towed he yelled at me and gave a horrible attitude and it costs me $360 to retrieve my car. This hotel is bait and switch and I blame Expedia for even listing it to their customers. DO NOT BOOK this dump, you will be scammed
