Very pleasant, all parts of the hotel are clean, neat, cute, staff are pleasant and can speak English. The best experience because on the last day we stayed heavy snow and the first winter snow in Korea. We take pictures on the hotel's open terrace covered with snow. Very beautiful atmosphere

The room is exactly like in the photo. Even though our room was on the 4th floor, there were only stairs, but the atmosphere of the room was comfortable, WiFi was smooth, the bathroom was clean. Receptionist friendly and fluent in English.
