It was nice to know that there was security there in that area a lot of homeless people but actually very safe place to go

Not a nice place to stay

The table was broken, the ac was broken. Like the front literally came off and fell to the ground.

The check in was smooth, the property manager was authentically professional and was able to answer my questions. I will definitely stay at this place again.

I booked at the last minute on a Saturday night, and this was the cheapest accommodation I could find that had any space left in Spokane (which is always a red flag). When I arrived, I saw what looked like working girls leaving the hotel. After that, a car kept cruising through the parking lot and stopping whenever a few individuals approached. I don't know if transaction were happening, but it didn't give me confidence that my motorcycle would be there in the morning. So, I stripped off my panniers and put my locks on the bike. I also left my front curtain open slightly to keep an eye on it. The hotel can't do anything about the area that it's in, but it seems like they didn't really try to keep it clean. I travelled on a budget and alone,so things that I would otherwise consider when booking with spouse, like cleanliness, amenities, were not at the top of my list. If you are used to a certain level of comfort, cleanliness, noise - this is not for you. If you have kids, any age, this is not the spot. Eg. there was no sink in the bathroom, the sink was in the room where the bed is. In summary, if you are a guy, travelling alone, on a budget, this might be for you

It is a good place to stay for a night, and it is safe for you to travel alone. I don’t like the customer service because of the service I got.

There were people bbqing in the parking lot, broke down vehicles, homeless people beside the property. I felt like i might catch something if i slept under the sheets. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in.

This is an older property on the edge of downtown in an area that has street people (I do not know if they are homeless.) The location was great, and there are some good restaurants within a few blocks. The property is showing its age, and can use some repairs.

They asked me for a separate deposit after I had gotten there that they never returned for a room that had a ladder. The bathroom light didn’t work. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. It was still under construction. They had a ladder in there some tools some other stuff and we stayed in there still kept the $40 deposit that we had to put down absolutely one of the worst days that I’ve ever had

This is a good place to stay. Even when your here long term.

The 2-night stay was prepaid, but they wanted an additional $40 at check in.

Clean rooms, clean property, decent rates. Nothing fancy, but well worth the price!

Older establishment, however clean and great staff. The area of town has homeless and shady people hanging around
