I've passed by this hotel many times when I've been to Puncak. Well, this time I wanted to try staying here, and wow, it's really comfortable. The hotel is located on the roadside, close to culinary spots. If you want to grab a bite to eat, you're guaranteed to have no trouble; the street in front of the hotel is full of food stalls. The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is large and nice, and the surroundings are cool and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again sometime, especially if they offer a big discount.

Staying for 2 nights at a memorable hotel in a cool place and close to culinary places made my husband and I refreshed.

It was a comfortable stay. It's also located on the main road, making it easily accessible. The facilities are complete, with a clean swimming pool and clean rooms. I think it's great. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have small children, they'll love the opportunity to swim. I got a Double Deluxe room at a promotional price from the app for just 300,000 Rupiah. The view from my room was great.

Overall, our stay at the Parama Hotel Puncak was pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, but amenities were a bit lacking, as there were no tissues in the room and only toilet paper. In our Grand Deluxe room, the toilet was clogged, but it was quickly repaired.

Everything was fine, from the location, hospitality, and amenities. The downsides were the noisy front room, making it hard to sleep because it was close to the road, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.

Everything is okay, but it is not recommended for those who have trouble sleeping due to the noise from vehicles because it is located on the side of the road.

Strategically located near a souvenir center, there's Indomaret Point Coffee in front, and the exit is Alfamart. The food is delicious, but there's not much on the menu. The electricity went out several times while staying here... hehe.

Everything was perfect, from the staff service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. I'll be back for another staycation here.
