The property is very tired, especially the kitchen which is in a poor state of repair. No welcome tea or coffee which is a basic service for a hotel. Small outdated tv xnd very noisy from outside due to poor secondary glazing. Bedd were comfortable and bathroom facilities were good and parking was secure.

Property was in a great location. They quickly found us a dryer rack for drying our clothes. Parking lot was very tight and room needed a bit of updating.

Pros: very spacious 2 bed apartment in a convenient part of town. Plenty to do/eateries within walking distance. Enormous main bathroom and perfectly adequate second bathroom. Large windows with views over the city. ( not necessarily all nice views but fine). Easy check in with a concierge and parking on site. Concierge allowed us to park until 2pm on the day of check out which was very useful. Large lounge with tv. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to have the facilities you would need to cook. I loved the memory foam mattress in the main bedroom. Showers were powerful. Cons: used to be an old office block so a bit soulless and sparse. Could do with a few items to make it more homely such as pictures on the wall, soft furnishings,a comfy chair in the main bedroom etc. The large windows were covered only with blinds. I didn’t find that a problem but my partner said it was a bit light in the early morning, waking him up. The jacuzzi bath did not work. We could not get the tv in the small bedroom to work. The boiler made a ridiculously loud noise when a shower was on. Check in was quite late at 4pm and check out was too early at 10am. Expensive for such a short stay. Later and earlier than most hotels. We were woken by very loud arguing by a group of people in the early hours so not really a quiet area. However, in spite of all that, I would recommend a short stay there if there are 4 of you, due to the space, convenience and comfy main bed.

The apartment is in a converted office block. Nicely done with big windows. Large rooms and we'll equipped kitchen. Bathroom ample too. Central city position. My room had a view of the back of a historic tennament.

We were greeted by friendly staff. The accommodation had an amazing view of the city. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It was also very close to the city centre - cafes, shops ,supermarket and cinema are 5 minutes walk. Would stay again.

We really liked our apartment. We could live here. A very spacious living room with a big open plan kitchen and decent sized bedrooms. A shower room plus a big bathroom with large shower off the main bedroom. Loads of cupboard space and comfortable beds. Everything was clean, and the towels were nice and fluffy. The reception staff were lovely. It's not the most beautiful building, but in a very convenient location as a short walk to Buchanan street and the centre. Some of the decor a little tired, but very good value.

Central Location with paid parking. Apartment seems rarely used so gave a smell of closed rooms.

We were 3 friends having a regular break away. Usually opt for a self catering country location with facilities but decided on a city break this time. We really enjoyed our stay at The Loft Apartments. amazing views over the city as on 13th floor! Check in was stress free and underground parking a bonus in the city. Apartments are very minimalist (which I like) but quite basic. No complimentary tea or coffee, sugar etc. which is helpful when you arrive. We didn't intend to do much cooking or entertaining but if you had wanted to then I think you would have struggled! Overall we had a great stay, centrally located so can walk most places. Staff very helpful and the use of leisure facilities at nearby Hilton was a bonus too!

Great people, nice staff. Horrible flat. Floors are so loud you can't walk when someone is sleeping. Can't use toilets when someone is sleeping. Absolutely horrible for noise all night long and trucks smashing unloading gates from 6 in the morning on right outside the windows. Didn't sleep for three days here.

Very good value but the apartment was quite worn and spoiled by poor finishing including tv cables, the plumbing making a terrific racket and the windows between the living room and one of the bedrooms having come off their tracks. Also the blinds don't keep out any light. However the apartment was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. And the location is great for the city centre.

On first appearances this seemed like a lovely apartment, however the longer you spent in it the more you noticed the grubbiness. There was a broken socket in the main hallway with wires sticking out, the extractor hood was filthy with thick dust, thick dust on all the window ledges too. There was a ruined floorboard by the window in the main bedroom too, which I tripped over. This was all superficial however the noise made by the pipes every time the toilet, shower or taps were used was absurd!! And there are multiple nightclubs right outside so if it's a quiet night you want, I don't recommend it!

Great apartment. Good location and parking. Friendly staff. Down sides - Twin room door was off its runners so couldn't be closed. Ensuite shower wasn't very good at holding steady temperature.

Rooms clean, plenty of space in main living areas and main bedroom. Little neat in twin room, however, offered exactly what we needed for our overnight visit to Glasgow. Only problem was heating and would advise checking this if here in winter, ours didn't work.

We spent two nights here. City center location convenient to train stations, shopping, restaurants. Two bedrooms and two baths. Nice en suite has large tub and walk-in shower. Lots of storage. Combo lounge, dining, kitchen with wall of windows. Floor-to-ceiling windows both bedrooms. Apartment overlooks Renfrew Street and city center. Typical city noises can be muted by closing the windows. Efficient washer/dryer. Comfy beds. Some minor sprucing up in the apartment would be nice, but the location and spaciousness make this a good apartment. Building has 24 hour concierge and several lifts. Staff excellent.
