We did not have hot water for two days of our stay only till our third day .

This place is perfect for I needed it for I was solo traveling. There were so many options because because the mall was a three minute walk so there was unlimited shopping and food. This is my first time in Mexico and I did not have to take a taxi anywhere because everything is so close even a grocery store and a Walmart express And a few restaurants.

This is an older hotel, but it offers good value in terms of space for the price. The location is a great midpoint for exploring the area, making it convenient for travelers. While not luxurious, it's a solid choice for budget-conscious visitors. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for an affordable option in a central location.

Very nice staff, especially the front desk lady , the plump one with the glasses? She was very nice and helped me out with everything i needed.

I give them three stars for the following reasons. The first is that it is close to a place they call a plaza de toros and honestly you can't sleep because they have events practically every weekend, the second is so you can leave the hotel. You have to go through two doors, everything is locked , I understand security, but it is very complicated to go out and the last one that seemed a bit rude to me, was when I was already checking out from the hotel, you are returning your cards and you wonder how you are going to leave if you need a card and the receptionist tells you, well wait at the door, someone will come out and let you out, that seems very unprofessional to me! My check-out was on Monday the 7th, in the morning and I was outside waiting to see who would let me out! Also honestly at the reception that day there was a man and a woman just laughing!!

Good location and that is it. I have stayed at this hotel a total of 4 times in the last 4 years, each year the building looks more run down, and the facility like the gym and the pool are in need of better upkeep.

Noisy at night, music sounds all night from the restaurant.
