Nice hotel near market square and railway station.

Clean rooma, fast check in and out. Good breakfast. Basic room.

Need renovation if they want to keep up the 4 star.

Room rater hot and stuffy in the warm weather, however the window opened which solved the problem! Good Wi-Fi and breakfast.

Since we went on a business trip, they came to the hotel only to spend the night. The room was large enough, we did not feel cramped. Loved the breakfasts, plentiful and hearty. The area where the hotel is located is quiet and calm.

Good local breakfast and nice service. Rooms are modern and clean. Wifi works perfectly. If you don't like bathtubs request a room with normal shower.

Good central location on Las Ramblas if one does not mind the underground & car noise. The drainage smell was not pleasant. The staff was friendly. The bedding was very clean but did smell musky which stopped me from sleeping. Stained rugs is not pleasant also.

The Hotel was cold on a chilly Saturday afternoon and night. It was ok on Sunday. The decor is a real time warp from the early 1970's, surprising really since the hotel was built much later than this. The breakfast offering was wide and varied, as much as you can eat; some people really did their best to get an Olympic medal for bingeing. The room did have odours of stale tobacco; not good for non smokers. Overall it was an ok price for an ok place.

Accomodation is really good. Restaurant is great but the prices are also higher that in some hotels in the city.

Easy walk into town. Comfortable and pleasant room. Have to pay extra for parking. Hotel vibe was quite uninspired though so really just a stopover location.

This is a very nice hotel located on the river in Joensuu. However, when you book economy rooms you may be located in the unrenovated rooms. They are ok, but the windows do not open and they are run down. The renovated rooms are very nice. I stay in this hotel for the wonderful sauna and small indoor pool as well as the quiet location on the river.

Neutraali. Käytävän/naapurihuoneeb imurointi aamu kahdeksalta huonoa. Ei niin kiire tarvi siivouksella olla.

Kylpylässä enne käyneet. Hotelli oli oikein mukava ja hotellin ravintola Heilissä nautimme erinomaisen illallisen. Palvelu oli varsin hyvää ja aamiainen maistuva sekä monipuolinen.

Hyvä huone, ystävällinen vastaanotto. Ravintolassa nautin herkullisen menun. Autolla saapuminen oli hieman hämmentävää, kun hotellin sisäänkäynnin edustalla ei ollut pysäköintimahdollisuutta (kaikki jättöpaikat olivat varattuja) ja ainoat muut pysäköintipaikat olivat inva-paikkoja tai busseille varattua tilaa. Sisään kirjautuessani kävi ilmi, että luonteva pysäköintiratkaisuni ei ollutkaan hotellin suosittelema.

Remontoitu hotelli mukavalla henkilökunnalla ja hyvällä aamiaisella.
