It's a temporary hotel, with a motel. I'm a woman traveling alone. It's very scary. The room isn't clean and doesn't seem safe at all.

ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานลืมเก็บค่าประกันกุญแจ โทรเข้าโทรศัพท์ในห้อง ให้เราเดินไปจ่าย แต่เราไม่เดินออกไปเพราะฝนตก พอเอาไปให้ช้าก็ทำหน้าไม่พอใจ ต้องการทำความสะอาดห้องแต่พนักงานไม่อยู่ กดกริ่งก็แล้ว โทรเป็นสิบๆรอบก็แล้ว ติดต่อใครไม่ได้ สุดท้ายเค้าบอกมันเลยเวลาทำความสะอาดแล้ว ทำไมไม่หาแม่บ้านเอาเอง แม่บ้านก็อยู่แถวๆนี้แหละ วันเช็คเอาท์ ไฟตัด 11.45 น. ทั้งๆที่ในแอพเช็คเอาท์ได้ 12.00น. ห้องเก่า น้ำแอร์รั่ว ต้องเอาถังขยะและผ้าเช็ดเท้ามารอง น้ำที่อ่างล้างหน้าขุ่นๆ มีกลิ่นคาว ต้องใช้น้ำดื่มทำความสะอาดแทน น้ำดื่มก็ต้องซื้อมาเอง โรงแรมไม่มีให้ ศุกร์ เสาร์ อาทิตย์ โรงแรมในหาดใหญ่เต็มหมด เราหาที่พักช้า เลยจำใจต้องอยู่ เข็ดเลย จะไม่พักที่นี่อีกแล้ว

The hotel is very recommended..have private car park at below your room.. The price is very affordable to what you get. Spacious room are comfortable with air-condition and water heater at bathroom. The lobby customer service cannot understand English well but you can use sign language to easy explain to them.
