I am saying awesome because of the location as it's easily accessible to downtown. However, the electric fan was not working and it looked rustic/old. But anyway, it was cheap and we just needed a place to stay for a few hours before we depart to Sapa. The owner was friendly and kind though. He let us go out at night and opened the doors for us. That was so nice and understanding. Thanks!

- The switch is not convenient - Unclean bath - No bottle of mineral water, - No soap bath

The hotel is too bad, all services are not satisfied, the app reviews, do not lose trust with the user

In my description, I booked a room with 2 beds (1 single bed + 1 double bed) but when checking in, there were only 2 single beds, I wonder if the hotel owner brought a new mattress.

Gan in the center, old, not very clean velvet suitable for sleepers to light early tour

I stayed 6th floor, no elevator

Staff attitude is terrible. We never want to go back this hotel. Never recommend this for any one else.
