The hotel is in a state of disrepair, and the manual stairs are quite steep.

Our first time checking in here, the water in the room didn't work, and the service wasn't fast, so we asked for a refund and were moved to another hotel. There's no elevator, so we have to take the stairs, especially to the third floor, even though the location is very close to the highway. But the facilities are not up to par.

I got a room that happened to be comfortable, because I was alone, well it was quite suitable, even if there were two of us it would still be worth it, the location is indeed in the center of Bukit Bintang, everywhere is close, just walk, to the MRT station is also very close, the minus of the hotel, there is no hot water, there is also no liquid soap, only given a very small mini bar of soap, and not given a toothbrush and toothpaste, the towels are a bit dirty, the CS is friendly, but there is 1 thing that I am a bit uncomfortable, almost did something rude, because I insisted on coming to the room, luckily I was safe, returned to the room, even though I was nervous and scared

Every time I vacation in Malaysia, especially in Kuala Lumpur, I always stay at this hotel. Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location!

I ordered for friends, they complained that it was difficult to get water for bathing, the water was often turned off by the staff so if you wanted to bathe you had to inform the staff first before you could bathe, sorry... I hope the management will pay more attention to this matter.

Hotel staff = ok. Close to Jalan Alor, so it's not difficult to find food.

Really regret staying at this hotel, super uncomfortable. The room leaked, the bathroom water was not flowing. Asked to move rooms because I got it on the 3rd floor but the sheets were not changed even though they were used by someone, why do I know because when I moved rooms previously I marked the sheets and after returning to the room the mark was still there, and the room was not cleaned, there was still a lot of cigarette ash, the soap was also empty and not refilled. However, for a strategic location close to Bukit Bintang

There are lots of food around the hotel and near Bukit Bintang station, but unfortunately the hot water doesn't work.

There are lots of cockroaches when the AC is off, but overall it's pretty close to the city center.

The staff is not really helpful at all, we have to bring our baggages upstairs by ourselves. There's no tissue, so we have to provide it by ourselves.

The hotel is clean, close to shopping areas, great culinary tourism

There is no lift, what a shame, it's tiring to climb the stairs, why not have a lift???

The room was small, the receptionist asked for an extension, said it was possible, but the next day someone else gave it to me.

The staff is friendly and responsive, but the room size is not comfortable and the toilet is small, there is no lift, but it is according to the price hehe.

Dirty room, animals, no tissue, staff not very helpful.
