Absolutely fantastic stay. We mentioned to the supervisor Diogo that we had got engaged a few days prior to coming to the hotel. Diogo and the team went above and beyond to make our stay extra special 💍❤️ The hotel is lovely old hotel dating back to the 1400s. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious, there was also the option of a hot egg machine and cooked bacon. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent centrally located. 5 mins walk to the bustling restaurant, which were busy and atmospheric even on a Monday night. Having a meal late in the evening didn't seen to be an issue. The hotel does not have parking. It is possible to park in the car park directly opposite the hotel for free between 6pm and 9am. However during the day time you can only pay for 2.5hrs at a time. We chose to park in the underground carpark located underneath the before mentioned carpark for 20 euros per 24hr. Thank you Diogo and the team we really appreciated everything you did for us.

Only stayed for one night, but great central location to main square (whilst still being quiet). Old style hotel and rooms (lots of history!) but well looked after, clean. and cosy vibe. Lovely breakfast selection too. The receptionist, Pierre, was super friendly and more than happy to help you, suggesting things to do during my stay. Would definitely stay again 🙂

This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. It is an old hotel in an old building so the range of amenities is not wide but it does have a lovely courtyard, perfect for a coffee or something stronger if you prefer. Breakfast was continental with a good choice. If you want something very French and of its period you won't be disappointed.

Clean comfortable room. Great staff who spoke English & in a great location to explore the local area.

Amazing location right on le Grand Place (the main town square). The dining room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend Les Trois Luppars very highly.

Lovely little hotel right on the square. Plenty of places to eat locally, including the hotel but watch out for the price of parking...

Great place

Breakfasts were generous and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and linens were clean. We had booked a queen bed but they gave us a king which was a little too big for the size of the room. The hotel was just off the main square so super handy to restaurants. Hotel had a lovely back terrace to enjoy a drink.

Nice hotel in a great location - right on the Grand Place. Good for parking too. Hotel staff were great and breakfast was good. It is a little tired overall.

Very quaint hotel on a property over five hundred years old cantered in Arras central square. The room we had lots of character with exposed timbers. The buffet breakfast was a good deal- all you can eat for 13 euros. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room was very tiny with little space to move around. The breakfast buffet was quite lovely. Location was excellent.
