If I could give 6 stars to the staff I would. They went above and beyond to accomodate my requests....I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone who is considering staying. Clean and modern, a great place to stay.

Setvice is great all around

Great restaurant. Weird location relative to rest of city. Gated so vehicle is safe. Nice on comfort and service

Staff was great,bed and pillows were good. Food in the restaurant was good. Our room (#102) was tiny with a window that faced (beside) the outside stairway. Because of this we had to keep the curtains closed. It was very close to the airport but was in a very depressed area of town.

The Aranjuez has the BEST staff. They greet us by name and they feel like friends. We love this place.

Convenient place to stay for business travel

Nice hotel, good food. Good shuttle. Try to stay in a room on the side that doesn’t face the front of the building which has a lot of traffic noise. No gym.

They charged me for the room when expedia already had charged me

Hotel and restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful. The included breakfast had multiple choices and were not buffet style. It was a treat to have a full breakfast cooked fresh and brought to you with a smile from the wait staff. I would stay again for sure.

I’ve stayed in this property many times and all is great. although i had an inconvenient at the restaurant I will not lower the rate because the hotel indeed is amazing.
