Quality inn in Killeen is an Amazing Hotel.The Staff were great. The Rooms were great, clean.This is Our Hotel every time we come to Killeen ,TX to see our Son. He is in the US Army. And he is stationed at Fort Cavazos

The quality Hotel is so good and clean

We really enjoy our stay. The Front Desk Clerk was very professional and very welcome. Explained the dos and don'ts of the stay. Once inside the room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast could be a little better. The eggs, gravy, bacon, and biscuits were warm, should be hot. Everything else was great.

The room smelled nice and was clean

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were dry, rubbery and tough. Cant you make fluffy scrambled eggs?

Bigger breakfast room.

The staff and service were great.

Great stay my only complaints would be the guy who was upfront was always in the back room and was hard to locate. When the housekeeping cleaned our rooms they did not give us more towels so I had to go downstairs and wait for the guy to come out of the back room and at first he did not want to give me towels. Also he was not keeping up with breakfast and ran out of the sausage and it was only like 7:30 am. But other than that it was great.

Overall it was ok. I’ve stayed at this location more than a few times of the past 5 years and it is starting to need upgrades. The room had been painted but you could see you get what you pay for. No pictures on the wall to make it like home. Carpet was not cleaned. Again upgrades are needed. My in laws room the phone didn’t work and mines the front cover of the phone was removed. Housekeeping was great I stayed three nights and she kept my room clean and kept well. Overall without the upgrades the hotel is going down fast.

The room was clean and sanitized. Breakfast was fabulous. Love biscuits and gravy. I stayed for 4 nights on business. Will definitely recommend this place.

Clean comfortable room. Perfect for a couple night stay

Very clean rooms, many channels to choose from on tv, good breakfast and a large enough parking area to park my big truck. Also a small but nice fitness center with treadmills and dumbbells.

Great price and nice comfortable hotel

We appreciate the cleanliness and up keep especially the bathroom. We visit several hotels in the are and bathroom have rustic fixtures and I do not feel comfortable because I wonder what else is being neglected. I felt comfortable at quality inn about the cleanliness and upkeep.
