When we checked in for 2 rooms, the reception said we only paid for 1 room, then we laughed and said we paid for 2 and on the invoice there were also 2 rooms, more than 20 minutes, and then he said 1 more didn't come in, he checked and then he said there was , from app 1 again from B*oking.com. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Staying here for 3 nights is really worth it. I took a superior queen for me and my family, but the room size is only suitable for 2 people. But it's okay because the room is only for sleeping all day and going around enjoying the beauty of the city.

Kurang bersih dan pengab tidak ada sirkulasi udara.

Saya pikir masih seperti 5 tahun yang lalu, ternyata tidak. Semakin buruk. Kamar kecil. Pengap. Tikus dimana-mana dan kecoa dimana-mana.

Kebersihannya kurang sekali, mulai dari handuk, seprei, lantai, dan lain-lain.

Cleanliness is bad, when the AC is turned on during the stay it's like inhaling dust, it feels very stuffy, I'm tired of it, not recommended.

Ada kecoa, berisik, kotor kamar mandinya, bocor plafon kamar mandinya, handuk jorok, berisik pintu keluar masuk kamar sebelah. Cuma memang dekat keramaian aja, ada dispenser air panas dingin dekat lift, remote TV tidak berfungsi, sudah di komplen berkali-kali tetap aja sama.

Place is at the centre of crowd, so 24 hours for eat, is better choice, also the hotel is clean and is good price to stay.

Service poor. Our doors knocked asked to check out at 12pm+. Towels not hygienic to use.

The room is really small like a prison cell, smells like no water on the last day. Oh, no longer staying here.

A budget hotel for those who want affordable accommodation, with a strategic location close to Jalan Alor (culinary center), MRT, Monorail and Go Kl buses (free) that can accompany your holiday trip. However, there are a number of things that need to be improved, including cleanliness in hotel rooms and toilets so they don't smell.

Just to sleep like we are very okay, because in the middle of the city, because we go home in the morning it's late just to sleep.
