The hotel is clean, the bathroom is also clean, and the facilities are okay. It's just a shame the AC isn't cold enough. Overall, it's recommended for a family stay.

Dirty hotel, changed rooms twice but still lots of cockroaches in every room. Dirty sheets, highly not recommended. The level of cleanliness is very low, the staff didn't seem surprised when I complained about the many cockroaches in the room.

It's just that the sheets weren't clean. And heets torn. We came back to the same room after a few days later and the same torn sheets were on the bed.

There is no breakfast so it is difficult to have breakfast

A budget hotel, stayed here for 4d3n with friend groups. The staffs are very helpful, the surrounding environment is okay, there are many places to eat, it is within walking distance to the minimarket. However, please maintain the cleanliness of the toilet more because there are so many small cockroaches. In bathroom room number 208, the bathroom glass support is only on one side, please pay attention to the maintenance so that it is better, safer, and guests are more comfortable. Thank you.

The check in check out process went well. The AC was working well, cold. The water heater was also working well, hot. The room looked quite clean, no strange smells. However, when we entered, there were small cockroaches (German cockroaches) passing by, there was also 1 on the bed, there was also one in the bathroom.

The room was a bit uncomfortable and the hotel situation was a bit different from what was pictured.

The room is quite spacious, there is enough space for praying, there is a functioning window (can be opened), the sheets are clean but a bit dirty, unfortunately the floor is a bit rough maybe because of the texture of the artificial wooden floor. The room provides one green plastic bench, 2 bottles of mineral water, a heating pot, and 2 cups + tea, sugar, coffee creamer. The AC is cold, enough, but not too cold, well it's not stuffy. Unfortunately the cleaning of the room/sheets/towels/trash can/refill water/toiletries/tissues was not done at all, even though I stayed for 2 nights. But overall the location is very good, in front of it there are many delicious warteg in the morning, fresh solo iced tea, flanked by Alfamart and Indomaret. The bathroom is a bit ticklish because it is waste water when we shower. The drain has a lid and is screwed, so it can't be opened. Everything is wet, even if I shower with the water at its strongest volume, the water flows out of the bathroom. The effect is a wet mat. And during the 3 days and 2 nights of staying, it wasn't cleaned by the cleaning staff.

The staff is good, but not enough people. The room had lots of cockroaches, even in the bathroom crawling on the floor. The food on the table was even crawling with cockroaches. The sheets and blankets also seemed to be rarely washed, there were lots of stains and liquid marks, so I didn't sleep all night, the pillows were also yellowish. Even if you want to make hot water, the kettle is dusty.

The technical staff is rude and rude. Complaints that the AC is not cold, just pretending to fiddle with the AC settings with the remote, in the end there is no solution. Leaving the room without permission. The staff are really stupid even though this is a hotel. Pillows are not good. The Dacron cotton is all dead.

When I first came, the bathroom had not been cleaned, I think because the hair in the shower drain was still there, huhu, at first there were no cockroaches at all, but when I left to buy food and came back, suddenly there were small cockroaches on the floor of the room, not just one or two, but lots of them 😭 the sink was clogged and the water actually came out onto the floor. Luckily the hot water works so it's safe. The surrounding conditions are also good, near Indomaret, near food stalls too, don't be confused about what to eat.

Udah 5x ganti kamar gara-gara kamar penuh kecoak. Gilaa ngeri banget.
