made my booking thro hotels.com ,had my comfirmation number, arrived late at 8pm , wasnt even open ,had to drive around looking for another hotel , USELESS NOT AGAIN

I loved how close it was to the shore. Many shops and restaurants nearby as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. I didn't get a chance to sit and enjoy the terrace as it rained 1 day and too cold the next. Maybe next time.

Very Close to the Cliffs , shopping and walking path.

Overal good experience. The hotel is located in a quiet zone, which was exactly what I was looking for.

I used El Faro Inn as a stopover before taking a bus to Cusco the following day. As others have mentioned, the room was small, but as I was one person it was easy to navigate around. The bed was warm and soft, so I easily went to sleep. The shower was bleak however and fresh towels were not provided. So, I had to take a very "refreshing" shower before heading out the next day. As far as service, I would stay that the staff were pretty attentive and could communicate with basic English.

Fint hotel med rigtig god service. Udmærket beliggenhed. Fin morgenmad. Der står, at der ikke er nogen reception. Det passer ikke - der er en døgnbemandet reception. Der står også noget med, at der ikke er nogen indikation udefra. Det passer heller ikke - der er et forholdsvist stort oplyst skilt med hotellets navn, bag hegnet under flagene.

Buena relación precio servicio. No hay elevador, ni agua caliente solo tibia. Buena ubicación .

La verdad es que este hotel está muy bien ubicado, es limpio y te atienden bien. Está al debe en cuanto a comodidad de las habitaciones y la insonorización de estas. Tres estrellas, no más.

Quartos muito apertados, não tem espaço para uma cadeira a mais que a cama, WC minúsculo, tinha que pular o vaso para ter acesso ao chuveiro, café da manhã simples mas bom. Não tem elevadores.

No fue posible debido a que reserva la genere mal

Es un hotel cómodo bien ubicado y con un buen precio, el personal es muy amable.
