The card-access system for our room on the 6th floor had issues after initial check-in, and the door wouldn't open. Since there was no staff member present, I went back down to reception and was asked to go back up to wait for the staff member in front of my room. The staff member took quite a while to arrive and fix the door. When I tried breakfast around 8 a.m., some of the items were out of stock and not refilled, so the options were limited.
