Room full of mosquitos, every day would refill

Excellent service and great location

The location and customer service were top notchbut the room was a bit small with the bathroom not feeling like a high end hotel. The water did not drain well and the tile tub was a bit uncomfortable to climb in and out of. The hotel is super pet friendly if that is your thing, but watching a dog get in and out of the pool made it uninviting for us. Overall and very nice place to stay but not the best value in my opinion.

We had a great time at Villa Cosy, the Staff couldn’t do enough to help. The property itself is lovely and the location easily walkable to town.

Good location and service

Wonderful staff and service. April is a great time to go to Saint Tropez too. Prices in peak Summer go up a lot! Will definitely go back again.

Such a beautiful hotel with fabulous staff. We loved our poolside lofted room, the privatization option for the zen garden and spa. It was truly a lovely experience.

The staff was very responsive and quick to help with anything you need. The standard rooms were small and simple for a 5 star hotel. There is no restaurant but very good room service all day. The location is good to walk to town. There are no views of anything except the central pool.

I don’t understand why this hotel is 5 stars. Never have turn down service in the evening and no shuttle service. No service. No breakfast area..

I could not find a hotel near the city center during 14July Holidays than this hotel with around nice 20 minutes walk. It clean Hotel and they renovate yearly the premises.

Great pool, amazingly helpful staff, quiet and lovely

The grounds are awesome, contemporary art and design yet still authentic villas. Easy walking to town and very friendly staff.

The attentive staff, the perfect location! This place has it all. We have stayed twice now and absolutely love the location. We walked everywhere in St. Tropez. Beach is a quick drive down the hill. The pool is perfect tempature and the breakfasts and lunches were perfectly prepared. I can’t say enough comments about how much we loved it.

The hotel is lovely, the room comfortable and the staff are fantastic but the price really is too expensive for what you actually get. It is a basic environment and it looks a little tired.

Staff is great. Facility is clean and cozy. Good location. We had a wonderful stay. My one recommendation would be to have a driver on staff for patrons to use. That would make the stay even more convenient.

Great spot and fantastic attentive staff, very close to Saint-Tropez shopping / restaurants. Definitely would stay again
