Overall, it was relatively okay. The WiFi connection was often intermittent, making it useless even with Netflix. A room near a restaurant is highly inadvisable for me, who doesn't sleep until 3 AM. It was crowded at breakfast, so I woke up.

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in time is quite fast, the room is very clean and now has a smart TV with free Netflix, each room has a bathtub, come here at an affordable price on weekdays

The room is very spacious and comfortable, with a balcony for smoking. The only downside is the mosquitoes.

The hotel is older, but the atmosphere is pleasant. The room is quite clean. The bedcover isn't exactly white; it's a bit faded, perhaps in need of a refresh. The internet connection is smooth. Free Netflix is available using the hotel's account. The hot and cold water is also smooth. The breakfast is very tasty and has a wide selection. There's a Nescafé coffee machine with many variations. Perhaps the mosquitoes in the room need to be evaluated.

It's a pleasant and impressive hotel, although it's an older hotel, but it's still well-maintained and comfortable. There's also a water dispenser in the hallway. All the staff are friendly and helpful. However, please check and clean the corners of the lamps (behind the bed) to remove cobwebs. If I ever go back to Solo, I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything is great... just a few mosquitoes are a bit annoying.

For our family, we use the twin bed... and we got a queen size bed so it's perfect, it's economical, we can share a room with the kids, the mattress is comfortable and soft, class *5 hehehe... So it's recommended if you go to Solo

have stayed at indah palace several times, and always book the family room type. room with 2 queen beds, cold AC, room is quite clean. all employees are friendly. bathroom is equipped with bathtub and hairdryer is provided. free amenities such as coffee, tea, sugar and mineral water, refillable gallon water is also provided in the hotel hallway. breakfast menu is quite diverse and complete. only a shame for hot water, the hot temperature is not stable. the location of the hotel is not far from the center of solo, around the hotel there are many restaurants. Will definitely stay at indah palace again if visiting solo with family 👍

Strategic accommodation in Solo. Although the building is old, it is quite comfortable and the facilities are adequate

The hotel is very dirty, the mattress is dirty, there are lots of other people's hair on the floor, it's really dusty, I asked for the sheets to be changed, they only gave me 1 mattress, even though there were 2 of them, they were really dirty, I'm so fed up!

I've stayed here 3 times, but this is the first time I got breakfast packed per pax and delivered to my room. Maybe there weren't many guests at that time. The kids were a bit disappointed because they couldn't eat cereal and take the usual menu. The taste of the breakfast menu is still delicious. Hopefully it will be even better. Thanks.

It’s an old but gold hotel imo. Ever since I was little, when my parents came to Solo they always stayed here. Now a grown adult, I find this place very nostalgic. The problems that I have is that the lift is still small, the room (while amazing) is still dusty in some places. But overall, in terms of price you definitely get what you’d pay for. Overall I’ll give this place a solid 9/10 👍🏻

for the price I got this hotel is appropriate and good, the room is quite spacious / not cramped, the room lighting is good, the facilities are also quite good, it's just that some facilities need maintenance / improvement such as the shower is not comfortable, and the floor is clean, but maybe it needs to be checked the cleaning treatment of granite floors does need special treatment so that it feels comfortable when stepped on. the rest I am quite satisfied with the hotel, according to the price I paid the location is very strategic, the parking lot is spacious, thank you also to the hotel staff who also serve parking and help cross the road.

The hotel ages very well, despite offering very affordable rates, they don't sacrifice the great amenities, excellent hospitality, and tasty meals. The staff assisting the restaurant were the nicest ever 👍🏻. I love the ambience too, classic but not scary. The lighting in the room did all the good job. I stayed during the peak weekend after Eid, the parking lot was full, and the security team did great, patiently managed each car 👏🏻. Thank Hotel Indah Palace for the excellent service. Will definitely be back again 🥹💕.
