It's quite but it's in the middle of nowhere getting a taxi is hard and there were ants everywhere

Great place, great workers, excellent stay. Far drives for food/downtown activities but nothing outrageous. Only issues we had were the cleaning staff would bang on our doors repeatedly even after repeatedly saying no thank you, and we had a key card go as well as some money go missing from our room while we were out. Other than those minor things, excellent stay! 10/10 recommend!

Restaurants are unnecessarily expensive. Laundry services are expensive to limit interest in the service.

Really nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Really friendly staff, lovely food, lovely pools, nice rooms. Also only 35 mins on train from Montmelo/Granollers into Barcelona

Very nice resort, quiet and beautiful. But it was difficult to book the spa during our stay. It would be much more convenient if they had some online booking options that we could make before traveling

This was the highlight of our trip to Spain. Beautiful location in countryside away from hustle and bustle of city. Kids loved the pool. Great on/site restaurants. Only regret we didn’t book activities and spa treatments in advance

Mas Salagros Ecoresort & Aire Ancient Baths is simply incredible! This property is gorgous and the bath & spa is incredible. The tranquility of the pool and propery is so peaceful and we wish we could have stayed forever.

Quite hotel amongst trees. 1497 is a very good gastronomic restaurant. The Roman baths are great too. Golf course 5 minutes away. I wish the room was a bit more modern.

Our stay was fantastic, the hotel was lovely and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The walks surrounding the hotel are beautiful and I would love to return with a bike next time round. The Aire ancient baths were stunning and the best spa experience we have ever had, we will certainly be returning here when life gets stressful again!

The personnel were great. Very courteous and helpful. The staff exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.

So much potential in this hotel, the grounds are beautiful and the sweet was nice but needed some work. The main reason for my negative review is Patricia from the front desk. She was the most rude person I’ve ever come across in my life. I had some issue with the room (fridge was not chilling beverages, check in was after 3:00pm and also the shower would not drain properly, something I would expect from a 5 star hotel especially since we had a sweet). Instead of apologizing or offering a solution she reprimanded me and my partner for even saying anything. I’ve never been so mortified and we will not be returning. / Tanto potencial en este hotel, los jardines son preciosos y el dulce era agradable pero necesitaba un poco de trabajo. La razón principal de mi crítica negativa es Patricia de la recepción. Ella fue la persona más grosera que he conocido en mi vida. Tuve algún problema con la habitación (la nevera no estaba enfriando las bebidas, el registro fue después de las 3:00 p.m. y también la ducha no drenaba correctamente, algo que esperaría de un hotel de 5 estrellas, especialmente porque teníamos un dulce). En lugar de disculparse u ofrecer una solución, me reprendió a mí y a mi pareja por decir algo. Nunca he estado tan mortificado y no volveremos.

It’s a beautiful place to be but the food situation is just unacceptable. The main restaurant is very expensive and not good enough. There is no where else to get anything!!! We ordered two pizzas for a late lunch and they were inedible . Hard cardboard flatbread with next to nothing on it! A bit of cold broccoli and cauliflower. Quite awlful. Beer bottles were left around the pool for days .

Staff was great, excellent customer. Location is amazing.

Property was anazing. The view was breath taking, also clean and has a wonderful ancient smell every corner or area you wall by.

Good and relax I will recommend this place to anyone

I like this resort, although my wife found it uncomfortable. We have been in many 5 stars hotels in Spain, our expectation when we reserved our stay (about 5 nights) we expected 5 star treatment and facilities, unfortunately, this is not 5 stars hotel, you got to lower your expectations. no coffee maker in the room. We upgraded our stay to suite, but even the suite have no separated room nor enough space. overall, the location, the staff, and the environment were amazing and we enjoyed it.
