No towels provided. No soap. No terrible customer care. The sheets are very dirty.

Comfortable. Loved the 5th floor. Nice quiet. Lovely staff.

I like this place because it's near BTS NANA and it's easy for travel around the city

The mattress is dirty, dusty, the bathroom is not clean. Some rooms have no liquid soap. The water has a rust smell.

I feel unsafe and aircondition not cold.

It's a great deal and nice services ,I really recommend you guys to take a rest while your trip. Definitely,I will back again when I travel in Bangkok ,thank you .

The electrical plug is also in the cabinet. The curtain was not closed. The morning staff couldn't find it. When checking out, call to tell the big hotel side Call to receive a check out. When the staff arrived, they made a grimace. Pick up the key. No. Thank you. Looks like being forced

Okay, but want to improve the bed and linen and mattress to be new

Clean, safe and comfortable. And the key is. Have a good friendship with the roommate.

The receptionist of hostel is very kind and very good service.

If the hotel has changed the new mattress. It is very good. Because the fabric is too old.
