Room super comfortable, 2 bathrooms, AC, washing machine etc. Great staff, good location

It's a lovely property. Clean, helpful staff, very nice breakfast. The surrounding location feels safe. I have stayed here twice now and enjoyed both trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great property. It would be helpful if check in staff knew English. Also Woolf be helpful to have English signage on the property. Also have smart tv in the rooms with access to English programming.

This hotel has an amazing view of the city on the 20th floor and is a spectacular reason to stay at this hotel. The pool is also on the balcony!!

Super close to the Central church where I was attending the Global Awakening conference! It was a Grey place and huge room!!

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and I was disappointed to see that the hotel is starting to look run down and in need of upkeep. The rooms are spacious, with the usual amenities and washing machine, which is a bonus when you have been travelling for a few weeks and need to do your laundry. The hotel should offer chargeable drinks in the fridge. I like the location and the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. I had problems with the tv in the room and it was not replaced. I returned to the hotel a few days later and was given a different room and the tv in that room had the same issue, which was not put right once again. I hope they bring the hotel back up to standard by my next visit.

I spent 3 days at the hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are very large and are more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with a small kitchen area with large fridge freezer, washing machine, cupboards, etc.; two separate living areas, one with a sofa and TV and one with a round table and four chairs. The facilities are quite modern and well looked after. Parking facilities are free of charge and finding a place is not a problem. I look forward to staying at the Ville Celestine Condo Hotel & Eventos again in future trips. This is now my hotel of choice in Belo Horizonte.

O atendimento de todos é extremamente diferenciado. Eles sabem conduzir toda a rede hoteleira do Celestine com maestria. Estão todos de parabéns! Em especial, acredito que seja a Poliana do noturno ou Pamela, não me recordo ao certo que demonstrou um amor e carinho enormes, que chegam a arrepiar. Impactar com um atendimento diferenciado é com vocês. Café nota 100000, além da excelente infraestrutura.

O apartamento é muito espaçoso, os banheiros com chuveiros bom, exaustor bem barulhento, alguns itens do banheiro apresentaram má conservação, trinco da porta e porta toalhas. Localização muito boa, mercados, farmácias, restaurantes e fácil acesso para demais localidades. Bom estacionamento também.

Recepção bem fraca de atendimento. O apto após uma chuva entrou muita água. Apartamento enorme, confortável e cama ótimas. Tolhas limpas, tem máquina de lavar roupas e microondas, geladeira isso foi excelente. Sofá cama péssimo e sujo. Café da manhã razoável.

Equipe sempre prestativa. Os andares mais altos possuem uma bela vista do Parque do Mosteiro (maior área verde da zona Centro-Sul da cidade) e da região. Havia apenas um problema no ar condicionado da suíte do apto em que eu estava, mas resolveram o problema. Voltarei em breve e recomendo.
