Spent 2 hours trying to get issued a room that did not have issues. First room appeared to still have guest, however had not received maid service. Second room was clean, working ac, but tv would not receive any signal. Third room was clean, working TV but the AC was not functioning. Waited for 1/2 hr till they send someone to verify. Settled for room without a functioning TV, but working AC. Found out as I was in office they had 2 other available non reserved rooms that were offered to incoming guest but were not made available to me. 2 hours of going back and forth between office and rooms to verify all was functioning. Not good!

Great for the price! Clean with a nice pool

Room was very clean , beds comfy, great safe parking.. Some of office staff was not that friendly. Tried to ask a bit more for dogs than what hotel site stated . But it got worked out ok. The food in onsite restaurant is good , we have returned here many times and will continue

Room was good. Definitely was not near the marina. Approx 5-10 min walk. But was nice.

This hotel is very convenient when returning to the US from Mexico via the ferry. It is very basic but serves our needs. E have staid here many times. This time, the room was not as clean as they usually are and seemed very down trodden. Desperately in need of a refresh. Several of the rooms on the ground floor seemed to have been torn apart but no apparent work was being done. Usually difficult to check in as staff coverage is spotty. This time it was easy as there was someone at the desk. If we had arrived 5 minutes later, it would have been a different story as she was on her way out. Might be looking for a different option next time.

While the location had us concerned, the room was great! We slept well, the staff was kind and helpful. There were a few details not functioning i.e. WIFI was down and was not functioning well enough to access the Hotels.com app

Ariiv3d on the Baja ferry lare and this hotel is a 5 minute drive( walking 20 minutes nor recommended) the staff was friendly and accomodating

This place was a really pleasant surprise. Charming, clean, beautiful property, safe parking lot, friendly staff. The pool was really nice too though we didn't get a chance to use it. If we take the ferry again to or from Topolobampo, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

El hotel tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio. Habitación realmente limpia. La piscina estaba abierta y se veía genial! Un pequeño pueblo con mucho encanto. Desayunamos en Alma de Mar... muy muy bien. Permiten perros, lo que los hace fantásticos en mi opinión.

This was a great place to stay after getting off the ferry from La Paz. Secure parking, friendly staff, quiet, restaurant on site and a nice pool, Oxxo a short walk away.

Nice hotel in Topolobampo. Walking distance to everything. Nice area to hang out. Restaurant/bar could use a revamp but there were great places to enjoy right around the block.
