bad service poor infrastructure not true to photo on app

I booked a room for 4 people. When I arrived, the hotel let me check in on the 2nd floor. Here are my unsatisfactory experiences in this room. - The room is located on the edge, the window looks out to Pham Ngu Lao, so I always hear a mixture of sounds from motorbikes, vendors (duck eggs in the middle of quail eggs and stir-fried corn), horns, revving engines, etc. If you are someone who can easily fall asleep with this group of sounds, ignore this comment. But if you are someone who has trouble sleeping, and cannot sleep if there is continuous noise, you will find the night very bad because you cannot sleep. Yesterday, I was tossing and turning until 2am (even though I really wanted to go to bed early) because I heard noises outside + sounds of chairs being pulled (I don't know where they came from, about 15 minutes long) + sounds of the next room opening the door (I could clearly hear each key being turned). - The room is for 4 people but the hotel only provided 2 disposable toothbrushes. Slippers have to be requested and are not provided in the room. - The air conditioner is old so you can hear it running loudly and intermittently at night. - The air conditioner remote and the TV remote use 2 batteries. That means to turn on the TV, you have to take the battery from the air conditioner remote to the TV remote because the TV remote does not have a battery. This is my actual review. Please consider before booking a room.

Small room, not like the picture. Receptionist was not enthusiastic, room only had 4 hangers, receptionist did not give me more hangers. Old room, not very clean

Unlike the hotel information stated. Moreover, I have a motorbike but the hotel does not have a parking space, so I have to park the car at another building, away from the hotel 1 intersection, overnight fee is 12k / night + each time I take the car to go out is 6k / time. Very inconvenient and extra cost. I slept for 2 nights. The first night, someone did not know whether it was intentional or unknowingly, but he kept turning on the door lock of his room (at that time I was in the room, with a locked latch carefully), turning on it for a while, he left. The second night, I slept until about 12:30 pm late at night, suddenly the desk phone rang loudly, I was startled puberty to know that not only my room but also the floor of the phone room all rang like that (soundproofing between rooms) too bad) and only took the cord off the phone to stop it ringing (probably broken the system), I didn't get an explanation or apology from the hotel in the morning. I have booked many hotels through the app but this is the most disappointing. Too bad for the trouble I encountered.
