The room was very clean, tidy, and just right for 2 people. The staff here was enthusiastic, carrying 2 suitcases for the 2 of us up to the 3rd floor. Overall, there was nothing to complain about 💯

The owners are very enthusiastic. They support me with any problems. I forgot something so I asked the owner to pack it and send it to Hanoi and she supported me very enthusiastically.

Checked in at night, but it was really disappointing that the hotel said there was no booking, so I had to ask for help from friends from Indonesia to contact the online agent. The hotel said the room I booked was full. And after a long wait, they were finally given a room but had to add it because the room type was 1 level above the type I ordered. I refused because I already showed proof of booking and payment. And finally the online agent contacted the hotel.
