Great location for all things Pearle and CU.

Boulder University Inn is a fine, no-frills hotel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be near downtown Boulder

The motel was great, the staff was great, close to downtown and activities. Room was a bit pricy at $300.

Great location to walk to start of 10K and also from the end. Staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was simple but clean and comfortable 🙂

Overall the his Inn was fine for my purpose. Price was good. Location was ideal for my destination. Room was clean and spacious. Surrounding area was a bit noisy TV was not working properly and needed pass code that staff did not know how to provide.

Best budget stay next to Pearl street. Clean, comfortable and 24h reception. Location is perfect, especially if you don’t have a car.

Location great. Just a few blocks from Pearl. Looks like a classic motel, but it has been totally updated so rooms are like a good hotel's.
