Such a lovely property l. Great staff, super clean. Breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty with a wide selection. Prime location but still very quiet.

The room was clean and comfortable, although the mattress and pillows were extremely hard for my taste. The lady on the staff who assisted us—I unfortunately forgot her name—was exceptional: very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which we greatly appreciated, and the breakfast was excellent. The main issue was that our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator. Going up and down meant climbing close to 100 steps each time, several times a day. This was exhausting and, in my opinion, is something the hotel should address or find a solution for, especially for older guests or anyone with mobility limitations. That said, if you are comfortable with the stairs, Serenissima is an excellent place to stay. It has a great location, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, clean accommodations, and the added benefit of being pet-friendly.

What an amazing hotel! The room was beautiful - made me wish we’d planned more downtime just to enjoy it. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. A perfect stay!

Great location, great staff, fantastic breakfast! Highly recommend. Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. (We found parking garage, and paid about 25€ a day)

Great location in the heart of the old town, we were very happy with the large room with mezzanine bedroom and private terrace as well as a smart tv (not that we watched much) was great to connect to for music/news etc in the evenings. Service at the breakfast was always very good as was the food. For the money everything was spot on and would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at several hotels during our honeymoon in Greece and this was by far our favorite! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the area as well and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Great charming hotel

A lovely hotel right in the centre of Chania’s old town. We had a really nice stay and fantastic breakfasts throughout the trip. Note that I have a lot of allergies and they were catered for. So thank you very much. The only thing was that our room had one window which looked out onto the courtyard. Meaning if you had the blind open you didn’t get any privacy. I’d suggest a netted curtain here so that you can have both privacy and daylight. Otherwise a lovely trip with very accommodating staff.

A beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located for exploring Chania and close to the harbour. We stayed in a standard room (no 1) which was very clean and comfortable but not spacious. The a la carte breakfast was fantastic - the best hotel breakfast ever!

Our host was awesome. We were arriving much later than planne and then had trouble parking late at night. The host came out to find us to bring our luggage and show us where to find them!! Exceptional.

Beautiful hotel on the pedestrianised area of Chania in a very central location just behind the waterfront - convenient for a multitude of restaurants and bars - with very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff
