Couldnt sleep because of noise and music. Went to office and complained 3 times. Several other people complained. Lady at desk made several visits to the room. Finally was convinced to turn down music but it was after midnight. Room

My stay here was quite nice. The rooms were cleaned everyday and look very nice inside. The customer service at the front desk, especially Mrs. Dot were very helpful and super friendly. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Had a non smoking room and it reaked of cigarette smoke. When I asked to move rooms I was denied. Will not be going back

The room was very large and clean. Everyone was quiet and to themselves. Put a towel down in the shower to prevent slipping. The beds were very comfy.

Very clean, nice staff, very sparse breakfast.

I have been traveling with my 81 yo mom and this hotel was by far the best. It was close enough for us to walk everywhere. Breakfast was only thing she was not fond of, lacked fruits and flavored creamer. But was awesome place. Highly recommend.

TV picture was poor. Bathroom door would not close. AC was a little loud.

Laurel was Great! But, Checked in, git everything out the car and walked in room, when my husband walked in, he said the carpet was wer, i said probly cold, not wet. But in morning it was wet, maybe from AC leak? We take showers (forgot my conditioner) and there was no conditioner. Went to sit and relax, realized it was a non smoking room, when i reserverd a smoking romm. Well to late now, im not moving everthing out the rome and into anoter room, so i didnt say anything until i checked out, after looking to see what the "Breakfast " looked like. Nothing appetizing or looked fresh.

The room was supposed to be non smoking, however the smell was so strong I could barely sleep. The toilet was dirty.

I never understand why a middle-of-the road hotel always has a stigma. I would say the main thing people look for is cleanliness and upkeep. Is there a reason a lesser hotel can’t do that? The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing at the hot water lasted! However, the toilet seat was left up by whoever cleaned, the remotes were greasy, and the mirror looked like it had been wiped with a towel. Always makes me wonder how the rest of the room was cleaned?! Our main dislike was that the air conditioner has obviously leaked over time, making the room smell very musty. Even after the air had been on for a while, it’s still was musty. And they are one of these hotels that limit the air conditioner to drop no lower than 66°. So it never really dries out anything. All in all, it was decent for a one night stay.

I left without staying even though I had paid. Draw your own conclusions. I drove on and stayed at a different and much improved option.

First of all I ask her at 0500 for coffee. I was told it was served at 0600. Okay but a lot of workers and travelers leave at 0500 hours. This puts them having to make another stop. When I made the reservation I was told I could buy protection and it was fully refundable. Well that was a lie.

The rooms had a distinct musty smell to them. I felt that I was more dirty after showering there than I would be at home.
