The pool was completely disgusting. It was green with hair balls floating around the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was worse. It was so dirty and green. It was also broken. No bubbles. The chemicals were so high it burned my skin to stay in it. I had to get out and wash off in the disgusting pool. When we checked in our hotel room ac was so loud my husband called down to get another room. They did accommodate us. Our bed, however, was so hard our bodies ache when we got up the next morning. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square. When I politely asked for regular milk for my coffee, the receptionist gave me a rude look and dismissively told me it’s only available during breakfast hours—despite the fact that I was given milk without issue the previous two mornings. That attitude was uncalled for and made me feel unwelcome. This experience left a bad impression and did not reflect the level of hospitality I expect from Hyatt.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly staff.

I will be finding another hotel next trip, although the breakfast was decent, the pool area was a bit messy and beer cans in the bathroom, the rooms had concerning damage done to the walls. Enough that had me worried they would charge my card for damage not done to me. I’d rather not have that worry. Lots of bubbles on the walls like if it had moisture in the wall. I had accidentally dropped something behind the bed and went to retrieve the item dropped and when I moved the mattress the trim was literally coming off the wall behind the bed!

Room was clean and comfortable. We have no complaints. Close to everything.

The pool was great for our kids to swim in after a long day of driving. When we arrived, the smell in the main area of the lobby came across very strong - it was not a bad smell so much as a strong smell of chemicals or cleaner. Our first room we were directed to smelled strongly as well but this time it was almost an ammonia smell, and I noticed odd spotting on the outside of the window that looked like it could be mold. I went to the front desk and the person working immediately let us switch rooms, and the room we stayed in was much better. Kids loved the pool, breakfast had a lot of options. Overall, not a wow stay but a decent option for a single night sleep while travelling.

Always enjoy comfort inn

Hotel was very overpriced for amenities and service. Hot Tub was not working, which was the main reason I paid the inflated price. The reason was due to chlorine levels, this is 100% fixable. Front desk staff said my rewards number was not showing on the reservation, and would not fix it.

I enjoyed the quiet time, quickness of check in and the food for breakfast was great. Loved the afternoon cookies also. Thanx

We really enjoyed our stay, the ladies at the front counter at check in and choleck our were so friendly, Our room was very clean, air conditioner worked great, the pool was really nice and clean, it had a nice breakfast, cereal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs pattties, waffles, different bread items, I'm sure I am missing something. We will definitely stay there again, Right next door is a gas station and an A&W's

Clean bathrooms

Ugh. The bed was hard and I woke up in pain The rooms are threadbare and uncomfortable. The pool gave me a rash. The front desk girls were cool though.

Quite for being close to freeway. Parking lot lights would shine in room and curtains would not close all the way to block them out.

Harvest was lovely at check in, so kind and helpful. Air conditioner was already on in our room, so it was cool. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was good with quite a few options. While, close to the highway. It was quiet.

The room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool/spa was clean and the right temperature

Won’t be staying here again, way over priced for what you get

I did not like the way the family room with the adjoining room was set up. It pictured the king in the main room with the bath. The adjoining room had the king with no bath. The bathroom had a very small counter and sink outside the toilet and tub. When leaving the toilet you had to knock on the door to not hit the person at the sink. It was a very small and uncomfortable set of rooms.
