This hotel is just minutes away from Juanda Surabaya airport and they provides airport drop off.

The room was not clean, the bed sheets were itchy after a while so the staff had to check out and move to another hotel.

Totally worth it!!! Stayed here for 3 nights, and the room was cleaned every morning. It was great, and without having to say it was cleaned, it was done. Friendly staff, clean room, and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!

Wifi in the room doesn't work, hot and cold shower is broken

The staff are very friendly and patient and respect the guests, when we checked out it was a bit late and there were no unpleasant words, the cleaning staff waited patiently while we cleaned up.

The staff was very friendly, both at check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and spacious. Dinner was excellent. Access to Juanda Terminal 2 was very close.

The restroom is very inconvenient to use. Narrow and uncomfortable.
