Our stay at Hotel Los Cocos was perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet. There is parking and a restaurant on site. The hotel has a pool and a hot tub. You can also walk downtown for shopping, banking or dinning. We recommend Hotel Los Cocos and will stay there again when we visit Chetumal.

We liked that it was downtown, yet the rooms were quiet. The hotel is nice overall but the shower stall is small and the internet was not reliable. The pool was clean but had too much chlorine. For the price and location we would return.

Great stay but the beds could be much better. They were a little too hard probably due to being old. . Staff is awesome.

Room furniture was sparce, no dressers or luggage rack. Everything else was fine. Good restaurant has diverse menu.

Very old hotel building, when you shower, water came out everywhere from the tub. Many areas need maintenance in the building outside and in the rooms.

Lovely pool area in inner courtyard. Excellent choice of breakfast (not included) in the restaurant.
