We were travelling with a baby and the two reception staff we spoke to during our stay were outstanding and couldn’t do more to help us. Hotel was great - very clean, check in easy and only a 30 min walk to the old town.

Very clean, which we liked, but oddly, there was mold on the ceiling of the shower! the cleaning person needs to look up. Easy to clear up! Otherwise, very nice decor, comfortable room, good location to go into Albi and to get back on the road. Good value. Looking forward to the breakfast!

We were very satisfied from our stay at the hotel. Just must note the hotel has no elevator, it is no fun to carry the luggage through its corridors and stairs. I believe it might be a problem for some people. Except the elevator abstance, it was perfect. The place makes sure you have every thing you might need. The coffe/tee, the bottle of water, the very good bed, the super clean bathroom and room.

Second day here , today's staff speak english , clean room , all you need really but would of liked the restaurant to have been open , as it'd only open on weekdays

The hotel was conveniently located for me being opposite the exhibition centre that was used as the starting point for daily cycle rides at the 77th Semaine Federale Cyclo-tourism Festival. It was also within easy walking distance of the railway station & town centre which has a rich & interesting history. I felt the hotel to be reasonably priced with clean, comfortable rooms & extremely helpful staff. Overall I was very satisfied.

Altijd een lift… nu nét niet, terwijl we ‘m wel nodig hadden. Helaas. Verder een prima verblijf. Vriendelijke receptioniste en een schone kamer. De rookmelder was door een vorige gast onklaar gemaakt en dat was kennelijk bij de schoonmaak nog niet opgemerkt. Bij vertrek was er helaas even niemand aan de receptie te bekennen om dat aan te melden. Lokatie was helemaal prima. Met de fiets waren we in 10 minuutjes in het centrum.

Personnel compétent , à l'écoute des clients, très agréable. Chambre et équipements propres . Odeur parfumée très agréable dans l'établissement.

Séjour s'est bien passé.

Chambre propre. Hôtel calme. Personnel aimable et souriant. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Très bon restaurant à 200 mètres.

Un seul bémol concernant le petit-déjeuner. Les œufs brouillés n’étaient vraiment pas bons et il n’y avait même pas de jambon et de vrai Nutella 😢 Concernant le reste tout était parfait 👍 Personnel très aimable, chambre propre et literie confortable 👌

La déco est à revoir enfin de mon point de vue

Chambre sale. Table de nuit collante, barre de douche cassée, boisson distributeur perimé avec un signalement à l'accueil et aucun remboursement proposé! L'amentable!
